In support of Philadelphia’s Black and Brown youth, The Equity Project incubates ground-breaking collaboratives, human-centered services and cutting-edge best practices. Because representation matters, our staff is racially and ethnically diverse. We are women and men with lived experiences, from different class backgrounds, who live in the communities we serve. All staff are trained in trauma, cultural sensitivity and racial equity ensuring that all services and programs are delivered through a trauma-informed, empathetic lens. In a city and a neighborhood where the majority of residents are Black and Brown, our staff and board reflect our community.
